Information on what the game play and modes are in Rakion.

Rakion supports not just one-way but various ways of modes in game Plays. It has common rule and additional rules depending on the modes.


  • Common rule : common used all game.

Rakion published as a real time strategy combat action game and designed to go through two or three steps to win one round. It's good to win the battle as a single.

But to gain the victory as a team depending situation is the Rakion's final goal.

Game Rules / Common Rule[]

  • Gamers join red team or blue team and compete with each other. The maximum number of each team is 10.
  • The team that accomplishes the given missions wins one round.
  • Dead character can revive after the appointed minutes.
  • One game consist of rounds of 4~6 and reward with game points.


- The developers of the Rakion wanted to emphasize that they created this game to give a user the real sense of playing the games they enjoy. Not those games where you spend countless hours playing but without any joy.

- These common rules are what makes the game real and fun.

Winning condition

"Protect our master golem and destroy the enemy golem"

"If both golems leave, the team whose golem has more life remaining wins the round"

"If both of the bosses are alive, the team who's boss has the most energy left wins."

Mode set up
  • Each team has one master golem.
  • There is a neutral gold golem in the middle of the map (or not)
  • Gold golem has two energy bars (red, blue), and other team's bar decrease in case of attack.
  • Gamer who strikes the golem at last gets the gold sword.
  • Keep the gold sword only for 1 min 30 sec.
  • In case of death of the person who has gold sword, golem will revive at the same place.
  • Only gold sword can cause damage to master golem. No effect by normal weapons.
  • All gamer get gold sword during last 30 seconds.
  • The team who gets more kill points in the battle will win the game.
  • Gain 1 kill point if you kill one opposing team member.
  • The team who has reached the kill point goal first wins the game.
  • If both teams don't reached the kill point goal the team that has more kill points during the time wins the game.
  • Opponent team's kill points will go up if you die.
  • Dead characters will respawn at the starting point after few seconds.
  • All other characters will be your enemy.
  • The character who gets highest number of kill points wins the round.
  • Round ends if someone has reached the kill point goal during the time limit.
  • Dead characters will respawn at the starting point after few seconds.
  • Characters will be divided into a Blue team and a Red team.
  • The highest level member from each team will be appointed as boss.
  • Team members have to protect their boss and have to attack the other teams boss at the same time.
  • Win the game if the other team's boss dies or if your team's boss has more energy left when the time limit is up.
  • Boss players will have a special boss mark above their characters.
Game process

1. Kill the gold golem and get a gold sword!

  • Do more damage to the gold golem while defending enemy's attack.
  • In case the other team takes the gold sword, protect your master golem or kill all your opponent.

2. Attack and Defense

  • The team whose member has the gold sword should protect him/her from enemies and lead the way to kill the master golem.
  • The team who doesn't get the gold sword should kill the other team or disturb them from getting to the master golem.
  • Get more kill points by cooperating and protecting your team members from the other team.
  • Teamwork is important because the other team will gain points if one of your team mates dies.
  • Items which recover CP and HP are located at several places in the map.
  • Team work and strategy are the key points to winning the game.
  • Start the battle by fighting all the characters other than your own character.
  • Round ends if someone has reached the kill point goal during the time limit.
  • If none of the characters have reached the kill point goal, the user who got highest number of kill points wins.
  • Items which recover CP and HP are located at several places in the map.

  • Protect your team's boss from the other team.

2. Attack

  • Attack the other team's boss through their defenses.
  • When you are attacking the boss, be careful of opposing team members protecting their boss.

Reward system[]

Rakion is a combat action game but gamers can get experience points and gold from rounds like a RPG game. They buy items and equip different items on their characters that affect stats. This reward system is not for gamers who is repeating playing but for making contribute for their team.

  • Cp (Cell point) : Point needed to summon creature during game
  • Gold (Gold) : Currency used in Rakion, cyber money
  • Exp (Experience) : Exp needed to advance character
  • Cxp (Creature Exp) : Exp needed to advance creature chracter, if user earns 100 Exp each creature receives 1/3 of it by Cxp.

Penalty Policy[]

  • When leaving the game from places other than the waiting room(except the stage)
  • The higher your level, the more responsibility you get
  • When the number of won rounds exceeds the lost rounds, responsibility gets larger. Higher penalty.

Penalty Formula[]

Penalty = INT(User's level / 2) + INT((won rounds-lost rounds) * 5) )

  • Considered 0 when (won rounds-lost rounds) equals a minus
  • Considered 0 when penalty is a minus
